What will I learn?

You’ll gain an understanding of business finance and organisational behaviour, including:

  • 3 techniques to evaluate a financial case
  • An appreciation of costing and pricing, forecasting and budgeting
  • An understanding of organisational models and structures
  • How to interpret financial accounts and explain specific business performance ratios
  • How to analyse the business domain and portfolio value

Please be advised we are launching the BCS Foundation Certificate in Organisational Behaviour as a replacement to this certification on 1st September.

This certification will continue to be delivered as we complete the transition through our training provider network. We will retire the BCS Foundation Certificate on Commercial Awareness on 1st December 2020.

The syllabus includes training objectives, details of modules and learning hours, plus a recommended reading list.
